Overview​

Mappedin Leasing turns a building's floor plan into a single source of truth for leasing data. Every unit, every status, and every detail — rent, size, availability, lease terms, and agent notes — lives on one interactive 3D map and stays current as the team updates it.

Features​

Interactive 3D Map​

Interact with the map by turning leasing status toggles on and off or by clicking on units to view and edit the space details.

View Modes​

Role-based view modes mean each person sees exactly what they need, and nothing they shouldn't. Agent View surfaces full unit details, agent notes, and editing capabilities for the leasing team, while Public View limits the display to public-facing information such as images, descriptions, contact information, and tour links. Public View can be shared with potential tenants and embedded in property listing websites.

Filtering & Search​

Filter by unit size, rental rate, or availability date, or search by unit name or external ID to find a specific unit.

Whether the goal is to curate a subset of leasable units for a specific person or to share a view of all leasable units on a website, public link sharing is easy and safe. Public link sharing applies only to the limited Public View of the map.

Measuring Tools​

Built-in measuring tools calculate the walking distance between two units or the total square footage across any combination of selected units. Any measurement can be copied to the clipboard for quick reuse.

CSV Import & Export​

Keep leasing data current with a one-click Comma-Separated Values (CSV) import, and export the full dataset to streamline reporting and administrative tasks.
